Author Vision Publishing provides comprehensive publishing services including:

• Publishing and distribution
• Book marketing and promotion
• Author website development
• Audiobook production

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information
• Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
• Provide necessary materials and feedback
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Use completed work in accordance with our guidelines

4. Project Terms and Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

• Project complexity and scope
• Client feedback and revision requirements
• Material availability and quality
• Current workload and capacity

We will communicate any significant timeline changes promptly.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Additional revisions may incur additional charges
• Late payments may result in project delays
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment:

• Clients receive full rights to completed work
• Author Vision Publishing retains portfolio usage rights
• Original source materials remain client property
• We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio

7. Revisions and Changes

Our service includes:

• Two rounds of minor revisions per project
• Major changes may require additional fees
• Revision requests must be submitted within 30 days
• Changes to project scope may affect pricing

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms:

• Projects cancelled before work begins: 100% refund
• Projects cancelled after work begins: Partial refund based on work completed
• No refunds after project completion
• Cancellation requests must be in writing

9. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Client manuscripts and content
• Business information and strategies
• Personal contact information
• Project details and requirements

All client information is protected under our privacy policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Author Vision Publishing's liability is limited to:

• The amount paid for the specific service
• Direct damages caused by our negligence
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

• We encourage direct communication to resolve issues
• Mediation may be required before legal action
• Disputes will be resolved under applicable laws
